It’s not always easy to pursue health goals after rehabilitation. Curalie’s digital cardiologic aftercare can assist you with a therapy plan developed with medical experts and tailored to the needs of heart patients.

The program will provide comprehensible educational units, valuable tips for your diet, and a variety of exercise and relaxation techniques you can incorporate into your daily life for 24 weeks. Your health facility will give you an individual treatment.

Approved by the German Pension Insurance: The Cardiac Rehab Aftercare (TRN) is approved by the German Pension Insurance until December 31st, 20222.

You have already learned a lot about yourself and your health condition during the rehabilitation. We want to support you in incorporating that into your daily routine and improving your lifestyle step by step for the long term. We will go through all medical backgrounds again and show you where to start.


A conscious diet starts with taking time for your nutrition. Part of that is grocery shopping and preparing. Food should bring you joy – so don’t overthink nutrients and calories. The general recommendation is a colorful and balanced diet. You will receive a delicious recipe every week.  


The exercise program is tailored to your individual needs. You can work on your endurance, strength, and coordination. According to experts, 150 minutes/week is ideal. So you can strengthen your heart and promote your physical well-being.


Relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation help calm you down and relieve stress.


Entspannungstechniken wie Atemtraining oder Progressive Muskelentspannung tragen dazu bei, dass du Stress abbaust und zur Ruhe kommst.


Das Trainingsprogramm ist auf deine individuellen Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Trainiere Ausdauer, Kraft und Koordination. 150 Minuten pro Woche sind laut Expertenmeinung genau richtig. So kräftigst du dein Herz und förderst dein körperliches Wohlbefinden.
