Three weeks of rehabilitation and suddenly alone and worried? It is not easy to incorporate all the useful knowledge from rehab into your daily routine and pursue new health goals. Curalie’s digital aftercare can support you. The therapy plan was developed and tested by therapists and doctors.

This program is your companion for six to twelve months, including interesting information units, valuable tips on nutrition, and well-balanced physical and relaxation exercises. Your healthcare facility will give you individual treatment.

The aftercare program can support you in incorporating that into your daily routine and improving your lifestyle step by step for the long term. We will go through all medical backgrounds again and show you where to start.

A conscious diet starts with taking time for your nutrition. Part of that is grocery shopping and preparing. Food should bring you joy – so don’t overthink nutrients and calories. The general recommendation is a colorful and balanced diet. During the course of the program, Curalie provides you with a variety of information and advice. 

Strengthen

Your therapist designed your workout plan to your individual needs. You can regularly work on your strength and coordination with myCuralie so that you can strengthen your body and stay active for a long time.

Relax

Relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation help calm you down and relieve stress. 

Entspannen

Entspannungstechniken wie Atemtraining oder Progressive Muskelentspannung tragen dazu bei, dass du Stress abbaust und zur Ruhe kommst. Probiere es einfach mal aus.

Kräftigen

Dein Therapeut hat den Trainingsplan für dich zusammengestellt und auf deine individuellen Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Trainiere mit myCuralie möglichst regelmäßig deine Kraft und Koordination. So kräftigst du deinen Körper und trägst dazu bei, lange aktiv zu bleiben.
